Training takes place at the beautiful Moyles Court near Ringwood, Hampshire. On booking you will receive an information pack with complete directions and further information. How often will we meet for bootcamp?

Participants meet three days a week for four weeks for 60 minutes. After the initial month they can opt to train as many days as they wish for as long as they wish....for improved weight loss at bootcamp three to five days is recomended.

What time are the bootcamps?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30AM
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.00am
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6pm at Poulner Junior school
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9.15 am
Men’s bootcamps are run on Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30am and Saturday at 8am

What sort of training will we do at bootcamp?

The training consists of exercises that are designed to make you stronger and healthier. We cover power walking, jogging, interval training, press ups, squats, lunges, crunches, stretching, boxing and just about anything that will keep you motivated and get results while having fun and it is very much like personal fitness training. A lot of the exercises in this fitness and weight loss bootcamp have been designed for you to get the best possible results.

Will I get bored at bootcamp?

Unlike other fitness and weight loss bootcamps or training sessions that are set in parks or at the beach, Fitnessmaster has exclusive sole rights to Moyles Court near Ringwood in Hampshire. This setting is a beautiful countryside where we have a huge variety of different routes, so every session will always be different and you get to see everything from hares to deer to pheasants. You won't find another fitness and weight loss bootcamp in the UK that has as many varied routes as this one does.

What do I need to bring for bootcamp?

We provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you need. Just bring a water bottle, running shoes, a lightweight breathable waterproof, a light rubber mat and a sense of adventure! Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don’t want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts!

What does it cost to join bootcamp?

Your first month is priced at £165 as a one off or you can join as a regular and pay £125 per month for as many bootcamp sessions as you like, remember this is a results based fitness bootcamp programme.

Up to 14 pounds weight loss in the first month, 2-5" off your waist, 5-6% drop in bodyfat, dramatically improved fitness, increase in energy and improved sense of well being :) These are all very much the norm when taking part in this fitness bootcamp.

How is this bootcamp different than the local health club?

What happens if I miss a session or don’t show up for bootcamp?
There are no refunds for missed sessions - bootcamps are extremely effective at getting fit and losing body fat if you turn up and do the work so there are no excuses. However if you do miss a session there is the opportunity to get another one in that week but you cannot carry a session over to the next week. It is a proven programme but will only work if the effort is put in which means attending three sessions a week.

How do I pay for the training sessions?
