This is why i love this job, going outdoors on a Saturday morning when it is -5 degrees and running the mens bootcamp…..we warmed up, went for a run - selected some rather large logs…ran with them, lunged with them, shoulder pressed with them and then had a cardio/strength session with them on throwing them as far as we could running to collect them and then throwing again…….. then another run. Then some stream jumping press ups, pull ups and a ton of core work…..cool down and stretch - job done :o)
All we need now is some nutritious breakfast.
The fresh air, the fun, the workout, the scenery and the company it all goes so well together……….who the heck needs a gym? Even the equipment in them is not particularly functional…..
